21 users across two waves, from confused cost concepts to terminology fixes, a full synthesis of what we observed and how it drove every iteration of the prototype.

We combined the Aikido and Barter models into "Barkido", a free platform that helps users save energy while their data helps us improve, inspired by DoctoLib's bridge model.
